How do I access my Linksys Router locally?

There are times when a Linksys Router user requires to access the router through the local access. For such cases, Linksys provides an option to access the router locally. You can access the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi web interface through the local access link by going to the Login page.   • In the first place, you need to open the web browser.
  • There you have to fill in the router's IP address or “myrouter.local” in the search bar and navigate. Though the default router IP Address is 192.168.1.1. if you have changed the address, enter the new one.
  • On the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Account login, you need to click the Local Access Link mentioned below the SIing In button.
  • Further, you have to provide the password in the given space and click the Sign In option. Since "admin" is the default password, just in case, you changed the password, enter the new one.
  • After that, you have to wait for a while until you are redirected to the user interface of the Linksys Router.
  • In this way, you would be able to change or personalize the router and network settings manually.
